The Japan Health Insurance Association (Kyokaikenpo) carries out health checkups for insurance subscribers and their dependents. Kyokaikenpo defrays some of the cost of the health checkup limited to one per person within the fiscal year.
Health checkups can be made in institutions that carry out health checkups nationwide under contract with Kyokaikenpo.
Part-time employees and senior staff who joined the social insurance and who wish for a health checkup, get one by following the outline and application process, etc. below.

By getting this health checkup, if replacing the regular health checkup carried out in our university, submit a copy of the results of the health checkup by on-campus mail addressed to the Health Center Office.

For dependents as of January 1, the health checkup ticket from Kyokaikenpo will be sent by post to your home address at the beginning of April.
The “Application for specified health checkup ticket” will be delivered to those who became a new dependent this fiscal year so submit it to the Division of Risk Management (Administration Center) by on-campus mail after filling in the blanks.
As soon as procedures are completed, the ticket will be sent.
For both group health checkup and individual health checkup, dependents should book by themselves. On the day of the health checkup, bring the “ticket”, “health insurance card”, and “payment”.
