Those with more than one student id number or employee ID number
For those with more than one student ID number or employee ID number, ANPIC needs the initial registration of the main ID and login.
Confirm the main ID on the following table and enter it in the Login ID field.

Concrete Example
- A full-time employee and enrolled as a student of our university: The main ID is the Employee ID Number (Full-Time Employee).
- A student and working in our university as a part-time employee: The main ID is the Student ID Number.
- Those with a student ID number of a graduate student and a student ID number of a credited auditor in college or school: Both student ID numbers will become the main ID so there is a need to register with both student ID number.
- Those with the 3 employee ID numbers of “01234567”, “12345678”, and “87654321” as a part-time employee: The main ID is “87654321” which is the employee ID number with the largest valueamong the employee ID numbers.
Precautions
- The main ID cannot be changed.
- Students with a number of student ID number should file the initial registration with each ID.
In the same way as the safety report, there is a need to report one’s safety with each ID.
- Faculty members and employees with a number of ID numbers will receive a safety report email according to the number of IDs in the registered email address in disasters, and disaster drills (For example, if one has 1 employee ID number and 1 student ID number, 2 emails and if one has 3 employee ID numbers, 3 emails will be received.). Just answer any one of the incoming safety report emails and the report will be completed with all IDs.

For inquiries, let us know one’s employee ID number or student ID number, name, device information that one is using (OS, app, etc. of one’s PC, smart phone, etc.) in addition to the question. Several days may be needed to answer.
