Recently, the safety confirmation system of our university made the transition to the “University of Tsukuba Safety Confirmation System (ANPIC)” (hereinafter referred to as the “ANPIC”) as a new system from November 1, 2020.
Our university has endeavored to grasp the safety information of students, faculty members, and employees in times of a major disaster, etc. and making the transition to ANPIC permits the tally and confirmation of the safety information reported by students, faculty members, and employees in real time than before.
In times of disasters and disaster drills implemented by our university, a safety confirmation email will be distributed from ANPIC to the email addresses, etc. of student, faculty members, and employees registered beforehand. Secure your own safety at once and report your safety situation.
※Those Registered in TWINS
※Among part-time employees, TAs, RAs, part-time lecturers, visiting teachers, teachers of the Cooperative Graduate School Program, and temporary employees cannot confirm their safety using ANPIC. In times of a disaster, safety should confirm in the emergency contact network designated by each organization.
By the initial registration, the various features of ANPIC becomes accessible.
Each person should secure several means to the safety report and ensure to give an expeditious report of their safety in disasters.
